Corine Smith

Art Director/Digital Media Coordinator + Zelda Enthusiast

Corine was born and raised in Muskegon and graduated from Baker College with a B.A. in Graphic Communications and a minor in Web Design (Don was actually one of her teachers!). She interned at Revel in 2010, and her awesomeness promptly got her hired full time.

Corine designs print projects like brochures, posters, and signage; however, she spends most of her time planning and building websites. She loves the challenge of organizing a really complex website and making it more user friendly.

An avid doodler and lover of art since birth, Corine also aced math as a youngster and finds design to be a perfect blend of art and problem solving, allowing her to fulfill both of her passions in a creative and challenging way.

Additionally, Corine is experienced in SEO and SEM, is a member of the Interaction Design Foundation and is working on expanding her knowledge of Usability and Accessibility. She’s also certified in Google Analytics and all things Grumpy Cat. At one time, Corine wanted to be a chef – which is why we can’t wait to see what she brings to our tailgates.

Out of the office and kitchen, Corine likes to do arts & crafts, watch movies and play board and video games (her fav is Zelda!) with friends. She also enjoys wine-tasting, antiquing, and curling up to read with her cats, Oliver, and Acheron (Ash) who is named after a character in one of her favorite books. In addition, Corine has notable hidden talents including cello playing, baton twirling, and lima bean hating.
