The Liv name and logo visually convey the simplified and sophisticated lifestyle that their communities offer through typography and dynamic color profiles. We developed everything from the name to the look and feel of all Liv’s marketing materials. The name is the mission; Liv wants to help their residents live their lives by providing great living spaces, amenities, and communities. When users are looking for a new apartment, what are they looking for? Photos of the communities, rent prices, and amenities. The Liv sites put that information in their users hands quickly and easily, creating an awesome user experience.
The Liv print materials follow the brand set by the rest of the collateral. It’s lively, positive, photographic, and it sells the lifestyle of a Liv resident. The goal was to create marketing that would be relatable to current and future tenants while showcasing the many wonderful aspects of the Liv communities.
